Fulfilling and rewarding employment is a universal goal that people of all abilities strive to reach, including the 48,000 differently-abled adults of Broome, Chenango, and Tioga counties. Through ACHIEVE’s Employment Services program, we empower those who may be excluded by traditional strategies and build mutually beneficial relationships with our local partnering businesses.
Our approach works closely with individuals to determine their interests, strengths, and goals, and provides meaningful tools and coaching to find success and competitive employment and self-employment in their own communities. ACHIEVE’s Customized Employment strategy develops personalized partnerships with local businesses to place ideal candidates and fill important roles in their workforce while supporting the needs of both employer and employee.
