12th Annual Savor the Summer

Over the past decade, Savor the Summer has grown to become a premiere event in the Southern Tier. Hosted by ACHIEVE and The Foundation Board of Directors, this year’s event will take place Thursday, August 25, 2022 at ACHIEVE’s Cutler Pond location. Presented by M&T Bank, this elegant tasting event features offerings from over 40 of the region’s finest restaurants, wineries, and breweries. The expected 500 guests also enjoy live entertainment and an impressive silent auction overlooking the beautiful vistas of Cutler Pond. The evening culminates with a breathtaking fireworks display.

Vendor Registration

Names of vendors will be included in promotional materials, event program and displayed at the event.

Please Provide the Following

  • Decorations
  • Container for ice if requested
  • Your own signage
  • Your own serving dishes and utensils
  • Food or beverage for up to 500 guests

The following will be provided by ACHIEVE

  • Event Tent
  • One (1) – 8’ Banquet table and tablecloth
  • One (1) – Back Table, if needed
  • Trashcans and liners
  • Drinking water
  • 20lb Bag of ice, if requested
  • Serving staff, if needed (prior arrangements must be made)
  • Wine or Beer glasses
  • Plates and Napkins
