Community Residences

ACHIEVE’s community residences are like your homes, with the same types of activities and responsibilities. The individuals who live in our community residences are supported 24 hours a day, seven days a week, by a loving, caring staff who assist residents with learning skills and habits that will allow for greater independence and satisfaction. Residents have access to day and/or work programs, Medicaid service coordination, and many rich and meaningful community activities. Medical oversight for individuals living in ACHIEVE’s community residences is provided by a talented team of four registered nurses and two licensed practical nurses.

ACHIEVE operates 12 IRA’s in Broome and Tioga Counties. The number of individuals living in each IRA ranges from four to 12 people.
