Family Support Services

Family Support Services are an array of programs and services that provide assistance to families who have an individual with intellectual or other developmental disabilities living at home.

Family Empowerment Program – This program provides financial reimbursement to families for short-term respite services that are provided in the families home.

Community Habilitation Program – This program works closely with families to establish a habilitation plan for the individual.

Community Behavior Supports Program – This program provides ongoing behavioral supports to individuals who live in the community and recieve services through the Community Habilitation Program.

Recreation Program – This program provides recreational, educational, and social activities for adults and teens living at home with their families.

Party Night – This program provides age-appropriate recreation and social activities for individuals.
