Love can be expressed in many ways… through a simple gesture, words of affection, or even the offering of a gift. It is for this reason that each February, our organization launches its Annual Valentine’s Day Appeal, reaching out to you, a valued supporter, asking you to express your love for the individuals we serve.

This year, more than ever, we need your support. As you may know, the economic climate we live in today provides great concern and uncertainty. We find ourselves in a position where we must prioritize our needs and ensure the financial health and stability of our Agency’s services and programs. That is why this year’s Annual Valentine’s Day Appeal contributions will support ACHIEVE’s partially unfunded programs. Our goal is to raise $15,000.

This year we are introducing a new way for you to show your love and support. When you visit our website at www.achieveny.org, you will have the option of making a donation to our Agency through an organization called Changing the Present. Here, for a small fee, you will have the option to send a Greeting Card to the person of your choice, letting them know of your generous donation on their behalf. What better way to show your friends and loved ones how much you care, than to make a donation to ACHIEVE in their name on their birthday, a special holiday, or any related special occasion.

Should you prefer to mail your donation, you will find a reply card available to download here. You will find an area on the reply card to provide us with your email address. If you would prefer to receive the Beacon, and other information distributed by ACHIEVE electronically, please provide your email address, and help ACHIEVE go green!
