2011 Annual Dinner Dance and Awards BanquetACHIEVE would like to thank everyone who came out to the Binghamton Regency Hotel and Conference Center on (final information TK for 2011 dinner dance) Saturday, September 11th for the Annual Dinner Dance and Awards Banquet. Special Guests in attendance for this magnificent event include NYS Senator Thomas Libous, NYS Assemblyman Cliford Crouch, Town of Dickinson Supervisor Michael Marinaccio, Tioga County Director of Community Services Dr. Susan Romanczuk, and Tioga County Legislator Richard Huttleston. The highlight of the evening, as always, was the Awards Ceremony. ACHIEVE would like to recognize and congratulate this year's award winners.
